Ledian Farm Luxury Retirement Village
Ledian Farm is a luxury retirement village with communal facilities that include a health and leisure centre, spa, swimming pool, gym, fine dinning restaurant, bar, cinema and library. We were responsible for the design, installation and commission of the village's CCTV Systems and Access Control Systems.
PA/VA Audio Solutions for a Corporate Building
Smiths Technical Systems were approached to design and install a cost-effective fire alarm at the site which was required to link to a public address and voice alarm (PA/VA) system for general and emergency announcements.
Sancroft Building Paternoster Square
The Sancroft building is located in the centre of London, circling Paternoster Square behind St Pauls Cathedral, in the hub of the city. We were responsible for the Fire Alarm, Refuge and PAVA systems throughout the entire building of 429,000 sq.ft of office space spread over 9 floors.
King’s College Hospital
King's College Hospital is a teaching hospital and major trauma centre in London. We have been providing our services to the trust since 2010, installing, maintaining and monitoring in the region of 250 intruder alarms within the main hospital site and a significant number of satellite buildings too.
