King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
King’s College Hospital is a major teaching hospital and major trauma centre in Denmark Hill, Camberwell in the London Borough of Lambeth, referred to locally and by staff simply as King’s. We have been providing our services to the trust since 2010.
We install, maintain and monitor in the region of 250 intruder alarms, not only on the main hospital site but to a significant number of satellite buildings too. We have standardised the control equipment making it easier for staff and the security teams to operate the systems. Whilst most of our work is directly with the trust, we also carry out capital works directly with principle and sub-contractors.
The estate is large, with over one million sq.ft of floor space and a myriad of buildings that need to be protected, as well the staff and patients. Due to our experience working on numerous large projects over the years, we are able to minimise any disruptions to patients and staff whilst carrying out our work, often to tight deadlines.
